Started since 2011 in Sushi Gourmet Industry and established Empire Sushi Group in 2013, Nicole Lim aspired to universalise the perceived premium Japanese cuisine, SUSHI, as an affordable food for every single Malaysian. This sets the value proposition and competitive advantage for Empire Sushi.
Transformed from the traditional way of sushi making which solely focus on freshness of seafood, and the competent cutting skill, Empire Sushi offers creative premium sushi with localised taste preference, and unique texture. Nicole and husband Jordan fully utilise local spices to create our self-made sauce, and introduce various culinary styles in making our sushi unique to local taste buds. Among the Malaysian, our sushi was better known as “KUIH JEPUN”, as an “anytime meal”.
In Malaysia, Empire Sushi is the ONLY sushi brand which sell and display our sushi in a display chiller, with “SUSHI ON-THE-GO” concept, a strong Grab & Go brand positioning.
With “Customers Satisfaction Optimisation” as ultimate objective, Nicole instils innovation to uphold Excellent Products, Quality Service supported by Efficient Operation, as the cornerstone for her success to duplicate the sushi kiosk from 1 to 58 outlets within 8 years-time, served hundreds of thousands of Malaysians.
